Degassing is recommended for at least 10 days (minimum 5 days) after the roast date.
1-1. Hot Brew – Use 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water (approximately 1:16.5 brew ratio).
1-2. Cold Brew / Iced Style – Use 15 g of coffee to 150 g of water (1:10 brew ratio).
2, Use water at about 88 °C.
3. Grind the coffee slightly finer than usual.
4. Allow all the poured water to completely drain through.
5-1. Hot Brew – Bloom with 40 g of water for 40 seconds, then pour 80 g (1st), 70 g (2nd), and 60 g (3rd).
5-2. Cold Brew / Iced Style – Bloom with 40 g of water for 40 seconds, then pour 60 g (1st) and 50 g (2nd).
6. Total brew time:
• Hot – around 2 minutes 30 seconds
• Cold – around 1 minute 30 seconds
