Brewing Instructions
1. Prepare hot water at around 88 °C.
2. Tear open the top of the drip bag, spread the wings, and secure it onto your cup.
3. Pour 250 g of hot water in 4–6 separate pours.
4. Wait until the water drains completely before the next pour.
5. Allow the water to drain fully from the filter.
6. Enjoy!
